Responsibilities
- Answer incoming client calls and emails
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars
- Maintain our CRM and sales pipeline
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Research upcoming RFP opportunities
- Assist with drafting proposals and bid packages
- Coordinate sales activities and client communications
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Support leadership with administrative projects
- Help improve internal processes and systems
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Self motivated and able to prioritize work independently
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Experience in customer service
