About the Role: Remote Customer Service Representative I
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at blithequark's Manhattan, Kansas location. As a Remote Customer Service Representative I, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless interactions with our customers. We're hiring for full-time openings across various shifts, including daytime and evening/weekend shifts, between 8am and 8pm CST.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and considerate service to all customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all requests and required data entry, maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain performance levels to specified goals, adhering to key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Foster positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, promoting a culture of exceptional customer service and teamwork.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
