We are seeking a Contract G&A Recruiter to support hiring across General & Administrative functions in a fast-growing SaaS start-up.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for G&A roles, from intake and sourcing through offer and close
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels
- Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and values alignment
- Coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, and deliver an excellent candidate experience
- Track recruiting activity and pipeline progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS), and provide updates to hiring managers and stakeholders
- Contribute to employer branding and process improvements across G&A recruiting
Skills
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on G&A or corporate roles
- Experience hiring in a fast paced high-growth tech environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and meet hiring timelines
- Familiarity with different ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools
- Passion for building inclusive, fair, and data-informed hiring practices
