Our client is actively seeking a talented Remote Computer Vision Engineer to join their innovative AI research team. Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize computer vision algorithms for tasks such as object detection, image segmentation, tracking, and recognition. Implement and fine-tune deep learning models (e.g., CNNs, Transformers) for various computer vision applications. Process and analyze large-scale image and video datasets for model training and evaluation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate computer vision solutions into products and services. Research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in computer vision and deep learning literature. Optimize algorithms for performance and efficiency on various hardware platforms. Design and conduct experiments to validate model performance and identify areas for improvement. Develop robust pipelines for data annotation, model training, and deployment. Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable computer vision systems. Document research findings, algorithms, and system designs effectively. Requirements Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in computer vision or machine learning. Proven experience in developing and deploying computer vision algorithms and systems. Strong programming skills in Python and C++, with proficiency in libraries like OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. Deep understanding of classical computer vision techniques and modern deep learning approaches for vision tasks. Experience working with large image and video datasets. Familiarity with image processing techniques, 3D vision, and sensor fusion is a plus. Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for model training and deployment. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
