Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their investment-related questions and concerns
• Assess customer needs, provide product and service information, and offer tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our investment products and services to provide accurate and informative support
• Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex issues to supervisors as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Chinese (writing, reading, and typing) and English (reading and typing)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities with accuracy and timeliness
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Associate degree preferred, with previous customer service experience (chat and/or email) highly desirable
• Ability to work night shifts (11pm-8am) and adapt to changing business needs
