Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Advance Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated CDL Recruiter to join their growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and hiring qualified CDL drivers and transportation professionals while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source and recruit CDL-licensed drivers and transportation professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networking
- Review applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications, including driving history, experience, and safety records
- Ensure hiring processes comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and state labor laws
- Coordinate and review background checks, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks, and other pre-employment requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting and onboarding process
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified drivers to support ongoing hiring needs
Skills

- Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred
- Experience recruiting CDL drivers or transportation professionals is a plus
- Experience using TempStreet ATS is highly preferred
