Skills
- Advanced degrees and/or extensive expertise in one or more MERL thematic areas
- Prior consulting experience with multi-lateral and regional development banks, bi-lateral donors and US government agencies (beyond USAID)
- Proficiency in English
- Fluency in additional languages may be required or considered advantageous
