Responsibilities:
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships with customers by taking the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of all conversations in our call center database
- Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer-focused and adaptable to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- High school degree required
