Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a versatile Business Intelligence Analyst to bridge the gap between complex data analytics and global supply chain operations. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional business units to deliver production-ready dashboard solutions and drive measurable operational improvements.
Responsibilities
- Extract, analyze, and manipulate large datasets to support critical business planning and order fulfillment activities
- Design, construct, and refresh intuitive Power BI dashboards that provide visibility into key operational metrics and program outcomes
- Serve as a liaison between operations teams and technical groups to translate business requirements into actionable development roadmaps
- Evaluate process anomalies and conduct cost-benefit analyses to optimize system efficiencies and mitigate supply chain risks
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
- 5-7 years of professional experience in data analytics, business systems analysis, or reporting disciplines
- Minimum of 3 years of direct experience supporting supply chain operations, master data, or fulfillment processes
- Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and business intelligence tracking tools
- Must be able to align fully with Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours
