The role involves developing sales strategies, managing distributor networks, and identifying new business opportunities to drive growth in the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for Pudu's robotic lawn mower business in the assigned territory
- Build, manage, and grow distributor, dealer, and channel partner networks
- Identify new business opportunities and develop key commercial accounts
- Promote robotic lawn mower solutions through product demonstrations and customer presentations
- Work closely with distributors and partners to generate leads and close sales opportunities
- Develop relationships with landscaping companies, facility management companies, municipalities, golf courses, and other commercial customers
- Deliver product training and sales support to distributors, dealers, and end users
- Achieve sales targets and manage the sales pipeline and forecasting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experience and business results
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or above
- At least 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Proven experience in developing distributors, dealers, or channel partners
- Strong business development and key account management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships with customers at all levels
- Strong planning, organization, and territory management skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and willing to travel frequently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Experience in robotic lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, landscaping equipment, agricultural machinery, industrial automation, or robotics
