Indivieu is a founder-led digital marketing and business consulting agency based in Austin and San Antonio, serving growth-minded businesses across the United States. They are seeking a Business Development & Go-To-Market Lead to manage technology partnerships, build a referral program, and drive go-to-market strategies for their products and services.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow our relationships with strategic technology partners (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, and others), including Solutions Partner / certification status
- Manage co-marketing, referral, and revenue-share arrangements with technology partners
- Track and report on partner-sourced pipeline and partner-driven referral revenue
- Build and run our own external partner and referral program from the ground up
- Recruit, onboard, and manage referral partners at scale
- Create repeatable onboarding, payout, and performance-tracking systems
- Define ICPs and go-to-market strategy across agency and SaaS (SalesVieu / IndivieuOS)
- Support messaging, positioning, and pricing refinement
- Lead go-to-market planning for new product and service launches
- Identify, develop, and personally close relationships with larger, higher-value client accounts — no deal-size ceiling
- Improve CRM structure and pipeline visibility (HubSpot) for partner- and enterprise-sourced deals
Skills
- 5–8+ years experience in business development, strategic partnerships, channel/alliance management, or enterprise B2B sales
- Track record building or scaling a referral/partner program from the ground up
- Comfortable personally closing larger, higher-complexity deals — not just sourcing pipeline for others
- Strong understanding of both origination and deal execution
- Comfortable in early-stage or high-ambiguity environments
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM required
- Direct experience managing technology partner relationships (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar ecosystem partners) strongly preferred
- Agency, SaaS, consulting, or B2B services experience strongly preferred

- Future Salary (Upon Company Conversion Milestone): $55,000 – $85,000 Base + Commission

- Commission Structure including Technology Partner Channel commissions, Indivieu Partner/Referral Program commissions, Larger Client & Enterprise Origination commissions, GTM & Product Milestone Bonuses, Quarterly Bonus, Annual Bonus
- Upon conversion to a salaried structure, these rates step down (roughly by half) on new business going forward — your existing book of business at that point keeps earning at the original rate
- Equity is subject to vesting, milestone achievement, and continued contribution
