Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Big Brand Tire & Service operates a high-volume M&A platform, executing acquisitions nationwide. The Business Development Associate is responsible for sourcing and qualifying acquisition opportunities, building a pipeline of independent tire shop owners for the Directors of Partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Identify independent tire and service shops as potential acquisition targets
- Research shop ownership and gather accurate contact information
- Evaluate shops against key acquisition criteria
- Run consistent outbound call and email cadences to reach owners directly
- Build rapport with owners and their staff to open the door to a conversation
- Present Big Brand's acquisition opportunity and gauge seller interest
- Schedule introductory calls between interested owners and our Directors of Partnerships
- Maintain accurate CRM tracking and consistent follow-up
- Keep a steady flow of qualified leads moving into the deal pipeline
Skills
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or outbound prospecting; cold-calling experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with a high-volume, research-driven outreach role
- Self-motivated, organized, and resilient — able to manage a long-cycle pipeline with patience and persistence
- Experience in M&A, franchise development, or business brokerage support roles
- Familiarity with the tire, automotive service, or related industries
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
