Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for an Associate Social Worker or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, compensated at $$49 per clinical hour for 15+ hours per week. The clinician will provide individual, couple, and family therapy via secure telehealth platforms, including assessment, diagnosis (within scope of licensure), and treatment planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a regular caseload, documenting sessions and progress notes in a timely manner, coordinating care with other providers when appropriate, and adhering to ethical and legal standards. The role also involves participating in supervision, case consultation, and ongoing training to support professional development and high-quality clinical care. The clinician will work collaboratively with the broader team to support client outcomes and contribute to a respectful, inclusive practice culture. Qualifications • Active associate-level license (e.g., ASW, AMFT, or equivalent) in good standing in the relevant state, with eligibility to provide telehealth services. • Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and/or families, including assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-informed interventions. • Strong skills in building therapeutic rapport, maintaining appropriate boundaries, and working with diverse populations in a culturally responsive, trauma-informed manner. • Ability to manage a part-time telehealth caseload, including reliable technology, professional remote workspace, and effective time management and organization. • Proficiency with electronic health records, clinical documentation, and compliance with privacy, security, and confidentiality standards (e.g., HIPAA). • Comfort working independently while actively engaging in clinical supervision, feedback, and ongoing learning to support licensure and skill development. • Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related mental health field from an accredited institution. • Prior experience in outpatient, private practice, or community mental health settings is preferred; familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote care is a plus.
