Authentic Ego is a science-first skincare brand looking for a part-time Junior Marketing Graphic Designer to support their visual marketing efforts. The role involves creating on-brand visual assets for various platforms, including email, social media, and the website, while ensuring visual consistency across all channels.
Responsibilities
- Design marketing email graphics and layout assets
- Create Instagram and TikTok cover graphics
- Build reusable social media templates for educational content
- Design carousel graphics and static social assets
- Support website migration tasks, including image organization, page graphics, visual QA, and asset preparation
- Help update and organize our brand asset library
- Assist with AI-supported image generation, image sourcing, and asset cleanup
- Resize, export, and format creative assets for web, email, and social use
- Keep visual assets organized, named clearly, and easy to reuse
- Follow brand guidelines and help strengthen visual consistency across channels
Skills
- Strong taste, good layout instincts, and care about small visual details
- Understanding of spacing, typography, hierarchy, composition, and how to make content look clean without over-designing it
- Comfortable working from brand direction and turning rough ideas into finished assets
- Interest in beauty, skincare, wellness, science, or consumer brands
- Desire to learn how a real brand builds its visual system from the inside
- Experience designing for Instagram, TikTok, email, or ecommerce
- Ability to follow an existing brand system
- Experience using AI image or design tools is a must
- Desired skills in Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools
- Strong sense of typography and layout
- Basic comfort with Shopify or Klaviyo is a plus
- Beauty, skincare, or consumer brand experience is a plus
