As an EPIC Apprentice Analyst, you'll support healthcare organizations while developing skills in healthcare technology that enhance patient care and access to healthcare services.
Responsibilities
- Supporting users with questions and issues related to EPIC applications and other technology solutions
- Researching and troubleshooting system issues
- Assisting with system configuration, maintenance, and testing
- Learning healthcare workflows and identifying solutions that improve the user experience
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Documenting processes, workflows, and technical solutions
- Participating in training, certification preparation, and professional development activities
- Delivering exceptional customer service to healthcare organizations and end users
