Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex troubleshooting and incident resolutions, collaborating with customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners to identify areas for improvement and provide tailored support
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution
- Triage and document root causes, working through the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to resolve issues
- Collaborate with engineering teams, performing QA functions, and developing reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Logi

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of application support experience in a production environment, with expertise in SQL, Oracle, XML, JSON, PL/SQL, and C#
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience working in supply chain, WMS, WCS, WES, or other relevant positions (preferred)
