[Remote] Advisory Analytics Consultant

The Analytics Advisory Consultant will consult with clients to define and develop their analytic strategy, grow the analytics footprint, and maintain relationships with stakeholders while ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to define, develop and articulate the client’s analytic strategy and roadmap
• Grow the analytics footprint at a client organization through consultation, facilitation of connections between client stakeholders and subject matter experts, and innovative analytics projects
• Strategize with clients to coordinate new or ongoing analytics projects
• Actively build and maintain relationships across the client organization and with relevant internal teams
• Communicate Cerner’s existing and emerging analytic capabilities, and ensure alignment with client expectations
• Consult with client stakeholders regularly to proactively identify unmet needs, priority topics or collaborative opportunities

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Health Care, Statistics or related field or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years of data management and analytics, including statistics and mathematical modeling, work experience
• At least 2 years of health care information technology (HCIT) project management, sales or consulting work experience
• At least 5 years of operational, clinical, financial or health care metrics work experience
• Applicants are required to read, write, and speak the following languages: English
• This position requires a security clearance
• Visa / work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
• At least 5 years of using statistical tools and methodologies
• Experience working with or exposure to government data analytics
• Experience with Cerner database models (Millenium, Healthe Intent, SQL)

• Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
