Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Viamedia.ai is a leading provider of programmatic and digital media services for brands and agencies. They are seeking an Accounts Receivable Market Coordinator to oversee all aspects of accounts receivable and manage the monthly billing and close processes.
Responsibilities
- Manages the accounts receivable function for the VNS subsidiary company
- Assist in close
- Document the accounts receivable processes and identifies areas for internal controls
- Improve efficiencies by looking for opportunities to replace manual processes with improved systems and automation
- Works closely with National Sales team and Agencies to ensure timely payment and processes all necessary adjustment
- Close liaison with all of finance, especially cash management and bad debt reserves
- Manage and administer the month end billing process
- Provide back up to other roles in finance as necessary
- Other duties as may be assigned
Skills
- Oversee all aspects of accounts receivable for Viamedia and subsidiary company
- Reconcile account balances between Viamedia Inc. and VNS
- Perform collections and manage all aspects of the monthly billing and close processes
- Document the accounts receivable processes and identify areas for internal controls
- Improve efficiencies by looking for opportunities to replace manual processes with improved systems and automation
- Work closely with National Sales team and Agencies to ensure timely payment and process all necessary adjustments
- Close liaison with all of finance, especially cash management and bad debt reserves
- Manage and administer the month end billing process

- Other duties as may be assigned
- A Bachelor's Degree in accounting/business and/or 3 years accounting experience
- Previous experience in Quick Books and Net Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels within and outside the organization
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite products, especially Excel
- Must be committed to enforcing all company policies
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities, be self-motivated, enthusiastic and diplomatic
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively by telephone, in writing, and in person
- Ability to present information effectively to all levels within and outside the company
