Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Apple Inc is seeking an Operations Analyst to provide operational support for invoicing and vendor platform teams. The role involves validating invoices, collaborating with vendors, and performing various operational tasks as defined by the manager.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for Invoicing for Data Collection and Vendor Platform team
- Validating the invoices against Purchase Order, Statement of Work
- Collaborate and Coordinate between Client and various vendors partners
- Perform the Daily/Weekly/Monthly Activities and Tasks as per the defined processes
- Attend Review Meetings with team
- Metrics analysis and continuous process improvement
- Raising Purchase Requisitions for Data Collection, Vendor Platform, and Data Operations needs
- Consultant will also work on all the activities that are mutually reviewed and agreed
Skills
- 5-7 years of experience
- Good with numbers
- Understanding of basic finance
- Proficiency with excel
- Good communicator both spoken and written (email)
