They are seeking a results-driven Machine Vision Account Manager to support and grow their presence in the industrial automation and machine vision market, focusing on building customer relationships and delivering technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts in the machine vision and automation space
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding application needs and recommending solutions
- Promote products such as cameras, sensors, lighting, optics, and vision systems
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations
- Collaborate with internal engineering, sourcing, and operations teams
- Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate CRM data
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development (B2B sales)
- Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions to customers
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
- Experience in machine vision, automation, robotics, or industrial systems preferred
