The Account Manager for Life Sciences will be responsible for driving account growth, client retention, and seamless program delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Building trusted client relationships and managing follow-up, deliverables, and expectations with confidence

- Handling budgets, forecasting, and financial performance while keeping a close eye on program spend and savings
- Creating polished proposals, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Solving problems quickly, communicating clearly, and working across teams to keep projects on track
Skills

- Around 3 years of experience in executive support, sales support, client services, or a related role
- Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment
- A strong customer service mindset paired with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with Pharmaceutical Meetings Management Operations in a highly regulated, client-focused setting
