Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Veylan is an agentic marketing intelligence platform that connects planning, buying, and measurement on a shared semantic layer. They are seeking an Account Executive who will manage a pipeline of mid-market media companies, agencies, and brands, focusing on full-cycle sales and closing smaller and mid-sized deals.
Responsibilities
- Generate pipeline: Build and work your own pipeline of mid-market media, agency, and brand accounts: prospecting, qualifying, and creating new opportunities
- Own the cycle: Run full-cycle deals: discovery, demo, POC, and close on the smaller and mid-sized opportunities, with leadership support on more complex cycles
- Follow-up discipline: Keep every deal current in HubSpot with consistent, timely follow-up
- Product fluency: Get fluent fast in Veylan's platform and how to tailor it to each buyer: agencies, media companies, and brands each feel a different pain
- Run the room: Deliver clean, confident demos and discovery calls
- Close the loop: Convert any paid POCs into subscriptions by partnering with Customer Success on clear success criteria
Skills
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience including some full-cycle closing, or a strong SDR/BDR-to-AE trajectory with clear quota attainment
- High activity and resilience: you prospect consistently, follow up relentlessly, and keep a clean pipeline without being chased
- Coachable and fast-learning; you take feedback well and put it to work immediately
- Able to lead a discovery call and run a demo, with support on more complex or technical deals
- Genuine curiosity about advertising, media, and AI, and the drive to grow into a senior closing role
