RedFlag Alerts is a leading mass notification and emergency communication platform that helps organizations deliver critical messages effectively. They are seeking a driven SaaS Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, focusing on building relationships and solving customer problems to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close new business opportunities
- Build and manage pipeline through outbound prospecting, email, phone, and social selling within a defined ICP
- Manage inbound opportunities while maintaining a strong outbound sales motion
- Lead consultative sales conversations focused on customer challenges, business outcomes, and value
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly new business quotas
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing customers and partner with Customer Success on growth opportunities
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations that communicate business value
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and position RedFlag Alerts as a strategic solution
- Partner with Marketing and Sales Leadership to refine messaging, campaigns, target accounts, and positioning
- Provide market feedback to improve product strategy and customer experience
- Represent RedFlag Alerts at conferences, trade shows, and industry events as needed
- Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity stages, and activity tracking in HubSpot
- Build and maintain a healthy, forecasted pipeline
- Provide accurate weekly/monthly forecasting and pipeline reporting
- Track performance metrics and continuously improve sales execution
- Develop a deep understanding of RedFlag Alerts’ platform, use cases, customers, and competitive landscape
Skills
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience
- 1-3+ years of SaaS sales experience
- Proven success prospecting, generating pipeline, and closing new business
- Strong consultative selling, discovery, objection handling, and negotiation skills
- Experience managing opportunities through a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and accountable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative startup or growth environment
- Experience selling communications, public safety, emergency notification, security, or critical event management software
- Experience selling into government, education, manufacturing, healthcare, property management, nonprofits, or enterprise organizations
- Sandler or other consultative sales methodology training
- Experience selling six-figure SaaS solutions with multi-stakeholder buying committee
