They are seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive new business growth in the insurance and financial services sector, focusing on developing executive-level relationships and managing complex sales cycles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to drive revenue growth
- Identify, qualify, and advance new enterprise opportunities
- Build relationships with executive stakeholders across business and operational functions
- Lead complex sales cycles from initial discovery through commercial negotiation and close
- Conduct consultative conversations focused on business outcomes and transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning
- Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry conferences, and market events
- Gather and communicate market feedback to support product and go-to-market strategy
Skills
- Proven success in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology sales
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Track record of selling strategic solutions into large organizations
- Demonstrated success with enterprise-level deal sizes
- Strong executive presence and relationship-building capabilities
- Consultative and value-based selling approach
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a remote-first environment
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events
- Experience within insurance, financial services, fintech, wealth management, capital markets, or related industries is advantageous
