Position Overview:

A Workplace Needs Assessment is vital to ensuring disabled or neurodivergent employees can perform their roles to the best of their abilities. It also helps employers understand what adjustments are available and how they can best support their employees.

Our Assessors have knowledge across a range of disabilities and neurodifferences. This means we provide workplace adjustments for ADHD and autism, as well as dyslexia, dyspraxia, Tourette Syndrome, menopause, mental health, long-term health conditions, physical impairments, stress, and sensory impairments.

Our Assessors take a detailed look at all areas of an employee’s role before producing a full report detailing recommendations for reasonable adjustments.

This is a freelance/associate position.
