Regional Vice President
Early Education & Childcare (Multi-State Operations)
Position Summary
The Regional Vice President (RVP) provides executive leadership for a large portfolio of early education and childcare centers across multiple states. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, educational quality, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, enrollment growth, and strategic expansion initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a people-first executive leader with strong multi-site operational experience, a passion for early childhood education, and the ability to lead large teams through growth, change, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead operational performance across a large multi-site childcare portfolio
Develop and coach Director of Operations, Area Directors to drive accountability and high-quality center operations
Ensure compliance with licensing, health, safety, and operational standards across all locations
Drive enrollment growth, family retention, employee engagement, and financial performance
Support organizational growth through new center openings, acquisitions, and operational integration
Partner with executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives and operational priorities
Monitor key business metrics and implement action plans to support performance goals
Promote a culture focused on child safety, educational quality, operational consistency, and people-first leadership
Qualifications
10+ years of multi-site operational leadership experience
5+ years leading large regional operations preferred 100+ multiunit and multi-layered leadership teams preferred
Strong background in operational leadership, financial management, and team development
Experience in early childhood education, childcare, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or related multi-unit industries preferred
Bachelor’s degree and or equivalent years of experience preferred
