DNE Laser USA supplies fiber laser cutting systems and fabrication technology to manufacturers across North America. We work directly with fabrication shops, OEMs, job shops, and industrial manufacturers that rely on high-performance equipment to keep production moving.

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager who understands this industry—not someone selling generic SaaS or transactional products. This role is best suited for someone who has experience selling machine tools, fabrication equipment, industrial automation, or other technical capital equipment into manufacturing environments.

Budgeted Pay Range: $70,000-$85,000 + commission (base determined by experience)

Travel Expectations

This is a field-based sales role with heavy travel throughout the assigned territory. Candidates should be comfortable spending significant time onsite with customers and attending trade shows, demos, and industry events.

Travel may range from 75–100% depending on territory activity and customer demand.

This role supports a collaborative, fast-paced work environment across remote, field, and technical settings. For positions that allow it, we operate as a remote-first company, encouraging flexibility and digital connection. Field sales and service roles involve regular travel, independent decision-making, and direct interaction with machinery or customers. Some positions may require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely navigate to industrial or outdoor sites.
