We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Regional Office Manager to oversee operations and support multiple offices throughout the Syracuse/Binghamton region. Responsibilities
• Providing leadership, guidance, and support to Office Managers and team members across multiple dental offices
• Driving a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture throughout the region
• Monitoring office performance metrics and implementing strategies to achieve operational and financial goals
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of office leadership teams
• Ensuring consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and best practices
• Partnering with clinical and administrative teams to optimize patient experiences and office efficiency
• Analyzing key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing action plans
• Assisting with budgeting, revenue cycle management, insurance processes, collections, and financial reporting
• Addressing patient concerns and helping offices resolve complex service issues promptly and professionally
• Conducting regular office visits, performance reviews, and leadership meetings
• Supporting growth initiatives, special projects, and regional business objectives
Requirements
• Dental office management experience preferred
• Multi-site management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Experience managing operational and financial performance metrics
• Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, collections, and patient scheduling processes
• Ability to travel regularly between offices throughout the region
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
