Job Description:
• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards, referrals, and online platforms to identify and attract qualified behavioral health professionals for open roles.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of behavioral health candidates through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
• Qualifying Candidates: Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles.
• Negotiating Compensation: Discuss and negotiate pay rates and compensation packages with candidates, ensuring alignment with both candidate expectations and client needs.
• Candidate Management: Provide ongoing support to candidates after placement, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction in their roles.
• Internet Savvy: Stay up-to-date with online recruiting tools and strategies to effectively source and engage potential candidates.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in staffing, with behavioral health recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on phone outreach and relationship management.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven, KPI‑driven environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple candidates and placements simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
