Our Values Teamwork: We treat people with respect and work as one team to serve our customers Accountability We own it and follow through Action We act with urgency & purpose          Integrity We do the right thing. Always.         About the Role We are looking for a strategic, operationally minded Program Director, IT & MATOC Programs to lead the performance, governance, compliance, and growth of our IT-focused contract portfolio, including NASA SEWP and other Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs). This role sits at the intersection of contract management, operations, compliance, technology, and business growth. You will serve as Supply Chimp's internal subject-matter expert on NASA SEWP and other federal IT contract vehicles, ensuring disciplined execution and helping position the company for future growth opportunities. You will work closely with Business Development, Contracts, Finance, Operations, Technology, and Vendor Partnerships to ensure opportunities are pursued strategically, contracts are executed compliantly, and processes scale as the business grows. This is a high-impact role with significant visibility across the organization. Success requires balancing compliance, operational excellence, customer support, cross-functional collaboration, and business objectives in a fast-paced environment. What Success Looks Like  NASA SEWP and other IT/MATOC vehicles operate with disciplined governance, strong compliance, and predictable execution. RFQs and task orders are evaluated strategically and executed accurately, on time, and within financial expectations. Contract reporting, audits, modifications, and administrative requirements are completed accurately and proactively. Internal teams have clear processes, tools, and visibility that support scalable contract execution and reduce operational risk. Supply Chimp is positioned to pursue and support future IT and MATOC opportunities with confidence. Key Responsibilities Contract Governance & Program Leadership Own the governance, performance, and compliance of NASA SEWP and other IT-focused contract vehicles. Ensure contract execution aligns with Statements of Work, contract requirements, program performance standards, and company objectives. Oversee contract modifications, administrative updates, scope expansions, and contract vehicle lifecycle management. Monitor regulatory and policy changes, including FAR, TAA, NDAA 889, C-SCRM, and related requirements, and implement controls to maintain compliance. Serve as an escalation point for complex compliance issues, task order disputes, and execution risks. Program Operations & Execution Oversee the contract lifecycle from RFQ through award, fulfillment coordination, invoicing alignment, and performance monitoring. Direct the intake, evaluation, and governance of RFQs and task orders to ensure alignment with contract scope, pricing strategy, and execution capability. Establish standards and operating processes for compliant and competitive quote development. Lead required contract reporting, fee reconciliation, audit preparation, and administrative deliverables in partnership with Finance and other stakeholders. Systems, Technology & Process Improvement Serve as the executive sponsor and primary business owner for systems supporting IT and MATOC program execution. Partner with Technology to improve workflows, automation, reporting, and visibility. Translate contract requirements into scalable processes, dashboards, controls, and operational standards. Drive continuous improvement efforts that reduce manual effort, improve compliance, and enhance execution. Leadership & Collaboration Lead and develop team members responsible for sales support, order management, vendor coordination, fulfillment, and contract administration. Create clear expectations, accountability, and performance standards that support growth and execution. Partner closely with Business Development to assess operational readiness for new opportunities and contract vehicles. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Technology, Vendor Partnerships, and Contracts to support successful program performance. Role Reality This role operates in a fast-paced, highly accountable environment where details matter and compliance cannot be compromised. You will regularly balance competing priorities, shifting deadlines, contract requirements, customer needs, and internal business objectives. Success requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. This is not a role where work is simply delegated and monitored. You will be expected to dive into problems, remove obstacles, and help teams find solutions. You will frequently navigate ambiguity, evolving government requirements, and complex operational decisions while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and compliance. You May Be a Strong Fit If You have deep experience managing federal IT contracts, GWACs, MATOCs, or similar government contract vehicles. You enjoy creating structure, discipline, and scalable processes in growing organizations. You are comfortable balancing compliance requirements with business objectives. You can move between strategic planning and hands-on execution as circumstances require. You build strong cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization. You take ownership, follow through on commitments, and thrive in high-accountability environments. This Role May Not Be the Best Fit If You prefer highly structured environments where priorities rarely change. You are uncomfortable making decisions with incomplete information. You prefer to focus on contract administration without broader operational ownership. You avoid difficult conversations, accountability, or cross-functional collaboration. You prefer narrowly defined responsibilities with limited ambiguity. What We're Looking For 7+ years of experience managing federal IT contracts, GWACs, MATOCs, or similar government contract vehicles. Experience with NASA SEWP strongly preferred. Strong understanding of FAR, federal procurement regulations, compliance requirements, and government IT contracting. Experience leading cross-functional contract execution and governance efforts. Experience implementing, managing, or optimizing contract management systems, ERP systems, or similar operational platforms. Strong operational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work during our core business hours of 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST. Excited about remote work and collaborating across a distributed team. What We Offer $125,000-$140,000 Total Annual Compensation (including bonus) 401 (k) with matching contributions (eligible after 90 days) Company-Sponsored Healthcare Insurance 20 Days of Paid Vacation per year 8 Paid Holidays 10 Days of Paid Sick and Personal Wellness Time Why Join Supply Chimp This role will play an important part in helping Supply Chimp continue to grow and expand its capabilities within the federal marketplace. You will have the opportunity to shape how some of our most important contract vehicles are managed, supported, and scaled while partnering closely with leaders across the business. At Supply Chimp, we value ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement, and people who are willing to roll up their sleeves to help solve problems. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
