Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of experiences that help members discover what to watch or play next, and features that help them get more out of their Netflix subscription. You will partner with cross-functional teams to set the vision, conceive ideas, prioritize projects, and lead the team to execute at a high level.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of innovative features that delight members and drive engagement
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, research, and data science, to set the vision and prioritize projects
- Use data-informed judgment to make decisions and drive results
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate the vision and strategy for the team
- Drive experimentation and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building consumer products with a proven record of prioritizing and launching experiences valued by consumers
- Proven ability to map algorithmic solutions to product problems
- Demonstrated leadership working effectively with designers, data scientists, engineers, researchers, and colleagues across content, communications, and marketing
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences
- Very high attention to detail, with an ability to connect the smallest experience elements to the big picture goals at the company and team level
