About team.blue team.blue is an ecosystem of successful brands working together across Europe to give customers everything they need to succeed online. 60+ brands, ~4,000 experts, and 3.5 million customers across Europe and beyond — spanning domain names, email, hosting, e-commerce, and specialist SaaS products. The role We’re looking for a Product Manager to join the Domains & Email product unit, with a focus on our Nordics and Central & Eastern European brands: Loopia, WebSupport, and Active24. You’ll own email product delivery across these brands, working closely with engineering, commercial, and customer-facing functions to shape and execute the roadmap. This is a hands-on role — you’ll run product ceremonies, own the backlog, handle day-to-day prioritisation, and manage relationships with third-party providers. The brands span Sweden, Norway, Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Hungary, so you’ll need to be comfortable working across language and cultural boundaries within a distributed organisation. What you’ll do Own the product backlog and roadmap for email products across Loopia, WebSupport, and Active24, balancing commercial requests, technical requirements, and customer needs Act as the product voice in cross-functional discussions with commercial, customer success, and IT teams across the Nordics & CEE region Manage third-party provider relationships, including escalations that need product input Lead migration and platform integration projects, translating technical complexity into clear product decisions and timelines Run sprint ceremonies and quarterly planning in close collaboration with engineering leads Keep documentation current and act as the go-to point of contact for product questions from within the brands you support Feed into the wider product unit vision, contributing to roadmap alignment across a multi-brand environment What we’re looking for Prior experience as a Product Manager in an email, domains, or hosting environment - - you should understand the commercial dynamics and technical landscape of this space and are ready to deliver value quickly Familiarity with AI tools and a practical attitude toward using them in day-to-day product work; we expect PMs here to be active users, not observers Strong stakeholder management: you’ll work with commercial teams, engineering leads, and external providers, often with competing priorities Experience managing product integrations or migrations — projects where the scope isn’t fully defined from day one and the plan has to evolve Able to work across language and cultural boundaries; our Nordics & CEE brands operate across Sweden, Norway, Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Hungary Fluent in English; Swedish, Slovak, Czech, or Hungarian is a genuine advantage What we offer A genuinely European working environment - distributed teams, real autonomy, and brands that have operated independently for years The chance to work across a broad product portfolio, not just one platform Flexible working arrangements "Come as you are" Everyone is welcome here. Diversity & Inclusion are at our core. Far above any technical competence, we value respect, openness, and trusted collaboration. We do not tolerate intolerance. Right to work At any stage, please be prepared to provide proof of eligibility to work in the European country you are applying for. Unfortunately, we are unable to support Sponsorship Visas.
