Product Manager (ClimateTech)

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Product Manager to join the team. You’ll be at the heart of our mission, turning ambitious ideas into tangible, commercial products. You won't just be shaping product strategy; you'll be in the trenches, driving it forward. We're looking for someone who thrives on a challenge and is energised by understanding the complexities of our technology, the science behind our work, and the ambitious business outcomes we’re aiming for.

You’ll collaborate closely with other PMs, product design, engineering, commercial, and science teams, leveraging Agreena’s expansive network and data to drive impactful product solutions. Your resilience and drive will be key to creating solutions that make a real-world impact for farmers and the climate.

Specifically, your initial focus will be on the critical intersection of farmer experience, data, and program verification to create our core carbon assets. Your mission will be to reduce friction by:

• Meeting our farmers where they are, deeply understanding their context to build intuitive, customer-centric solutions.

• Utilising Agreena's rich datasets and state-of-the-art technology to simplify data collection and program participation.

• Translating complex scientific and verification requirements into a seamless product experience, ensuring that farmers’ efforts are accurately captured and result in valuable, certified assets.

We're looking for a builder at heart—someone with a sharp commercial instinct and a drive to get things done. Whether you're a seasoned Product Manager or looking to make the move into Product Management from a consulting, strategy, or similar background, what matters most is your track record of delivering solutions that drive measurable results.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Commercially Driven: You have 3+ years of experience in a role where you were responsible for driving commercial outcomes, whether in product, business strategy, or consulting.

• A Natural Problem-Solver: You have a knack for untangling complex problems and are guided by data, but you never lose sight of the customer.

• Technically Curious: You have a genuine drive to understand how things work. You're energised by the challenge of getting to grips with our technology, data, and the science that powers our platform. This curiosity is what enables you to collaborate effectively with engineers and build products that are both ambitious and technically sound.

• Pragmatic and Resilient: You favour progress over perfection and real-world results over rigid methodologies. You know how to navigate a fast-paced environment and bring people along on the journey.

• A Natural Connector: You thrive on being the central point that pulls everything together. You're skilled at translating between our commercial, science, and engineering teams, understanding their different perspectives, and uniting them to drive the product forward.

This role is a hybrid position anchored in our Copenhagen office, with an expectation of being in the office 4 days per week.
