Job Description:
• Iterate existing experiences, drive data-led experiments and deliver new AI/ML products
• Set vision and direction for product; identify opportunities for cross-product collaboration and unification
• Identify product features leveraging technology, data, ML/AI to provide differentiated value to suppliers and buyers
• Lead product end-to-end as part of dedicated squads through discovery, development, and go-to-market
• Know the product and customers; participate in design sessions, prototypes, and iteration planning
• Lead agile cadences with designers and engineers; collaborate with Marketing, Professional Services, Sales, and Success
• Conduct market research and user analysis; design hypotheses and experiments to test and learn
• Lead requirement gathering, technical specifications, user testing, and launch strategy; define backlog, epics, and user stories
• Create customer-facing and internal documents, presentations, articles, and training; facilitate adoption and success of go-to-market plans
Requirements:
• 5-7+ years of proven experience in product management, preferably with direct exposure or ownership of translating the business strategy to AI/ML and generative AI products
• A solid grasp of artificial intelligence, machine learning and related technologies is crucial to this role
• Must have strong familiarity with data science principles and practices
• Hands on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Savvi AI, Sagemaker
• 4+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
• Experience using experiments and research frameworks ("fail fast" mentality)
• Experience with Jira, SQL, Product Analytics tools (Heap, Mixpanel, and/or Amplitude)
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing payments products; built APIs and complex systems at scale
• Entrepreneurial and scrappy mindset; ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex AI and data concepts to non-technical stakeholders; ability to present to C-level leadership
• Deep analytics thinking and proven ability to interpret information to inform decision-making
• Bachelor's Degree in related field and/or relevant professional experience
