Job Description: • Develop and execute a territory strategy that supports new business growth and strengthens existing relationships • Articulate Accredo’s programs and services to drive provider engagement and utilization • Conduct inbound and outbound outreach to source new opportunities, qualify leads, and convert referrals • Develop strong relationships with physician office staff by understanding needs, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions • Promote and sell technology solutions to drive office adoption and improve workflow efficiency • Partner with internal cross‑functional teams to support daily territory activity and align on pull‑through efforts • Collaborate with Account Management Payer Leads to support payer‑driven initiatives • Serve as a subject matter expert for product rollouts, corporate initiatives, and cross‑functional projects • Represent Accredo at conferences, trade shows, seminars, and external meetings • Deliver virtual presentations tailored to customer needs • Use data insights to identify key accounts, prioritize opportunities, and build a strategic territory plan Requirements: • 1+ year of sales experience; healthcare experience preferred • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and virtual meeting tools • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities • Ability to work cross‑functionally to resolve issues and support client needs • Strong customer‑service orientation with ability to meet tight deadlines Benefits: • Health insurance • 401(k) • Company paid life insurance • Tuition reimbursement • Minimum of 18 days of paid time off per year • Paid holidays Apply Now Apply Now
