Role Overview
FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated, licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home and senior living care to older adults. The PTA will work closely with a supervising Physical Therapist to carry out individualized treatment plans and help patients rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence.
What You Will Do
Deliver individualized treatment plans, instruct and motivate patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities, document visits accurately, and stay connected with patients and referral sources.

Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current CPR certification
- Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office
