• Our Client, a small, family-owned insurance agency on Long Island is looking for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join their team either in Garden City, NY or in a Remote capacity.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring quality customer service on Homeowner and Auto policies as well as a very small amount of umbrella, motorcycle, boat, etc.
• Duties include taking calls, answering client questions, cross selling home and auto business, shopping renewals, ID cards, proof of insurance, etc. On a book of about 60 customers

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in customer service, preferably in an independent agency
• Property and Casualty (P&C) licensed in NY
• Ability to commute to Garden City, NY or reliably work in a remote capacity
• Experience with EZLynx preferred but not required

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 60k/year
