The role involves handling various aspects of personal injury cases, including discovery, depositions, and maintaining communication with clients and opposing counsel.
Responsibilities
- Manage your own PI caseload (auto, premises liability, med/negligence, etc.)
- Handle discovery, depositions, motions, arbitrations & trials
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and opposing counsel
- Work with a collaborative, experienced litigation support team
Skills
- PA Bar Admission (NJ admission a plus)
- 1–5 years of plaintiff PI experience
- Strong writing, advocacy & case management skills
