Role Overview
This Per Diem Practice Coach - Business position is responsible for supporting the growth and ambitions of Benco's customers by delivering Practice Coaching curriculum and services. The role will remotely deliver Benco's Revenue Analysis Consultation (RAC) and business curriculum for in-office coaching contracts. They will also execute on-site Practice Assessments to evaluate dental practices, identify opportunities, develop implementation plans, and help secure sales of ongoing coaching contracts.
What You Will Do
Evaluate and assess practices to identify strengths and areas of opportunity, helping with coaching contract sales throughout the process. Quickly analyze data and team climate in order to present findings and create implementation plans as the foundation of coaching contracts. Host monthly calls with clients to check in and take pulse on their improvements; offer tools to help with adoption and accountability.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4-6 years of dental business/practice management experience
- Ability to travel up to 4 times per month
- Ability to work up to 19 hours per week
