Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to directly support our Founder & CEO. This is not a passive support role — you will be a critical partner in managing daily operations, maintaining investor and partner relationships, ensuring meetings are productive, and keeping our Founder operating at maximum efficiency.

You’ll act as the gatekeeper and right-hand to the Founder, anticipating needs, managing communications, and ensuring priorities move forward without friction
