Position: New Patient Liaison I (Hybrid or Remote)

Overview
New Patient Liaison I (Hybrid or Remote) – US Fertility. Reproductive Medicine Associates of New York (RMA of New York), one of the country's top fertility centers, is looking for a New Patient Liaison to work in our Manhattan office optional in a hybrid capacity or fully remote in the states of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, South Carolina and Florida only.
Responsibilities
• Respond to new patient inquiries and requests in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Help callers understand the services at RMA of NY.
• Schedule new patients to maximize physician scheduling.
• Review patient insurance coverage to answer questions prior to coming in for NP visit.
• Instruct patients on referral process if required.
• Review general inquiries regarding costs of services and financing options available to patients.
• Collaborate with Patient Services Outreach Supervisor to follow up with new patient leads from various organizations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in biology (or related science), Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or related field.
• Bilingual-Spanish speaking is a plus.
• The candidate should be smart, outgoing, organized, and enjoy working with people.

Pay and Benefits
• Pay: $40,000.00 to $42,000 per year
