Job Description Work Locations: Remote (New York Area - New York and New Jersey or Texas Area -Dallas, Houston or Austin) Our client is a workforce development and social impact organization focused on connecting employers with talent through BPO partnerships, workforce programs, and strategic collaborations across the United States. It works with government agencies, employers, and ecosystem partners to create employment and skills development opportunities. Description: • Translate US BPO buyer requirements into actionable role and skill specifications to inform training pathways, assessments, and job-readiness standards. • Work with Research, Monitoring and Evaluation, Policy, and Program teams to capture and document US market insights. • Lead US-facing demand-side engagement to unlock outsourcing and technology-enabled service opportunities for Nigeria-based operators and program beneficiaries. • Develop and execute a US market engagement strategy targeting priority BPO buyers, ecosystem conveners, and strategic partners. • Build and maintain a structured US stakeholder CRM covering buyers, business networks, diplomatic stakeholders, and ecosystem actors. • Manage a US buyer pipeline with clear stages, ownership, follow-up actions, and documented conversion notes. • Design and coordinate US-focused convenings, including buyer roundtables, webinars, briefings, and knowledge-exchange sessions. • Coordinate event logistics and follow-up in collaboration with partners and vendors, ensuring clear documentation and outcomes tracking. • Facilitate operator–buyer matching processes in coordination with delivery partners and internal PMO teams. • Prepare buyer-facing materials, including capability summaries, role profiles, and pilot scoping documentation. • Support communications alignment by working with the Communications team to ensure US-facing collateral and announcements follow approvals and brand standards. • Maintain audit-ready documentation for all US engagement activities, including contact logs, meeting notes, event records, and follow-up actions. • Provide regular pipeline and market insight updates to leadership, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommended actions. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Economics, Communications, Development Studies, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage). • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, employer engagement, or market development, preferably within outsourcing, BPO, technology services, workforce development, or impact sourcing. • Demonstrated experience convening stakeholders and managing structured engagement or sales pipelines. • Strong documentation and reporting discipline with experience producing briefs, trackers, and stakeholder summaries. Skills and Competencies: • Ability to translate employer demand into clear skills and role requirements for training and assessment teams. • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management across corporate, ecosystem, and diplomatic environments. • High level of initiative and ability to operate independently across time zones. • Strong CRM and pipeline management discipline, including lead qualification and follow-up cadence. • Strong judgement, discretion, and compliance-oriented mindset. • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and familiarity with CRM and work management platforms.
