Role Overview
We're seeking a Partnership Development Representative to join our Partnerships team and aggressively expand our Enterprise Resource Planning Partner (ERP) Program across North America. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships from scratch, loves the thrill of the hunt, and wants to take full ownership of a high-impact, greenfield partnership motion.
What You Will Do
Own the ERP Partner motion end-to-end — from cold outreach to ERP implementers through onboarding, activation, and ongoing relationship management. Develop deep familiarity with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite, and Sage ecosystems and the implementor community within each.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales and/or partnerships
- Proven track record in outbound sales motions — cold outreach, pipeline generation, and building relationships from zero
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the EQ to develop complex, trust-based partnerships over time
- A proactive, highly organized mindset with the ability to operate independently and solve problems without a playbook
