Why This Role Matters
As a Part‑Time Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be the backbone of our syndicated loan processing team. Your meticulous attention to detail and speed will ensure that critical loan data is captured accurately, supporting careerzynith’s commitment to delivering reliable, high‑quality information to our global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Review syndicated loan notices and manually extract essential data points for entry into our systems.
- Validate and reconcile automated data extraction results to guarantee precision.
- Maintain a high level of speed and accuracy while reviewing and inputting data.
- Operate independently, adhering to strict deadlines without direct supervision.
- Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced environment, managing shifting priorities with ease.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and via email, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Apply strong analytical and organizational skills to identify discrepancies and propose solutions.
- Utilize multiple web applications simultaneously, including Microsoft Teams, video‑conferencing tools, and specialized data‑entry platforms.

Work Schedule & Flexibility
This is an hourly, part‑time position with core hours between 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. CST. Shifts are scheduled in minimum four‑hour increments, with a typical expectation of eight hours on peak days (usually 2‑3 days per month). You will work between 3 and 10 days per month, offering a balance of regularity and flexibility that aligns with business needs.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant data‑entry or loan‑documentation experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Comfortable using laptop hardware, video‑conferencing software (e.g., Microsoft Teams), and at least two web applications concurrently.
- Demonstrated ability to locate specific data points using logical reasoning and clear guidance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical mindset, attention to detail, and organizational capabilities.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

- Experience with syndicated loan documentation or financial data processing.
