Job Description:
• Develop, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X (Twitter)
• Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and performance to achieve growth KPIs
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test ad concepts that drive engagement and conversion
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver actionable reporting and recommendations
• Stay current on paid social best practices, platform updates, and emerging channels
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of hands-on paid social experience, managing campaigns end-to-end
• Proven track record of driving growth and optimizing acquisition performance
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and marketing strategy teams
• Proficiency with paid social platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)
