Key Responsibilities
- Provide courteous, customer‑focused assistance to veterans and other clients during overnight shifts, ensuring first‑call resolution and high satisfaction scores.
- Navigate and operate client‑specific systems, soft‑phone platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM) software to document interactions accurately.
- Enter and maintain data in VA (Veterans Affairs) systems, adhering to 72‑hour notification requirements and other regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain up‑to‑date access credentials for all assigned client systems, ensuring secure and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate closely with teammates, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
- Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement, and communicate findings to leadership.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions, webinars, and certification programs to deepen your expertise in health‑care regulations and veteran services.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; additional coursework in health administration or related fields is a plus.
- Experience: 1–2 years of proven customer service experience, preferably in a health‑care or government‑related environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), data entry, and 10‑key numeric keypad operation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for translating complex information into clear, empathetic guidance.
