• Contact and engage with potential sellers from our company-generated leads.
• Manage and nurture a database of seller leads with consistent follow-ups.
• Quickly qualify opportunities and assess seller motivation.
• Build rapport and gain trust over the phone to close deals.
• Analyze market data and property values to determine pricing.
• Overcome objections and negotiate purchase contracts successfully.
• Hit weekly and monthly sales goals.

Additional Requirements

• Hardwired internet connection with download/upload speeds of at least 25 Mbps and a ping of 15ms or lower.
• Personal computer with dual screen monitors or widescreen
• Headset and quiet work environment for crisp and clear phone conversations
• Availability to work Tuesday – Saturday.
