This position ensures operational efficiency and consistency by developing, implementing, and maintaining standardized processes for showroom and warehouse functions. The role involves training and supporting teams in best practices related to inside sales and warehouse operations. Reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely with Regional Managers, this role helps drive the company’s value proposition by enabling operational excellence. The Operational Process Manager partners with Regional, Branch, and Warehouse Managers to deliver exceptional customer experience through effective process execution, hands-on training, and continuous operational support.
