We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented Revenue & Business Intelligence Analyst to support the financial and operational performance of our digital fitness and wellness platform.
This role combines financial analysis, revenue operations, business intelligence, forecasting and performance reporting. The successful candidate will work with multiple data sources to ensure accurate reporting, identify trends, improve operational efficiency and provide management with actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Operations
•Maintain and reconcile daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports from multiple business partners and multiple currencies.
• Validate financial reports, invoices, collections and outstanding payments.
• Investigate and resolve reporting discrepancies.
• Ensure data accuracy across financial and operational reports.
Rewards & Commercial Operations
• Monitor reward inventory including digital vouchers, cashback, mobile data bundles and other rewards.
• Track purchased, redeemed, delivered, expired and available reward stock.
• Prepare monthly reward consumption reports.
• Forecast future reward purchasing requirements.
• Monitor reward costs against budget.
Financial Planning & Analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Assist with cash flow reporting and financial analysis.
• Prepare management reports highlighting key financial and operational metrics.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
• Build automated dashboards and reports using Google Sheets.
• Monitor key business KPIs and identify performance trends.
• Analyze revenue performance, user engagement, redemption behaviour and campaign effectiveness.
• Produce executive reports that support business decision-making.
• Recommend process improvements through data analysis and automation.
Requirements
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, FP&A or a similar analytical role.
• Advanced Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working with large datasets and financial reports.
• Ability to interpret data and present meaningful business insights.
• Fluent English.
Google Sheets Skills
Candidates should have advanced Google Sheets skills and be comfortable working with complex formulas (e.g. XLOOKUP, INDEX + MATCH, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, FILTER, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS), pivot tables, conditional formatting and automated dashboards.
Nice to Have
• Experience in Telecom, SaaS, Digital Subscriptions or FinTech.
• Multi-currency reporting.
• Experience with Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau.
• Financial modelling and KPI dashboard creation.
