Your Responsibilities
• Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
• Educate Clients: Use a consultative, needs-based approach to explain insurance options.
• Generate Leads: Schedule appointments, identify needs, and recommend tailored solutions.
• Achieve Goals: Collaborate with management to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Stay Organized: Manage your time, tasks, and client interactions effectively.
Requirements
• Prior sales experience preferred (inside/outside/retail/telemarketing).
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Must be able to obtain a Life and Health Insurance License (approx. $200 investment).
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
Compensation
• Commission-Based Role (independent contractor)
